Project Overview

Yasmeen Joinery was appointed to deliver a full bespoke joinery fit-out for a five-bedroom apartment in Kensington.
The project involved the design, manufacture, and installation of tailored joinery solutions across all bedrooms and living areas.
The brief was to create a cohesive, high-end interior with a strong focus on functionality, storage, and refined detailing. Each element was carefully designed to maximise space while maintaining a clean and consistent finish throughout the property.

All joinery was manufactured in-house, allowing for full control over quality, materials, and finishes, ensuring a seamless result across every space.

Scope of Work

TV Media Wall:

A bespoke media unit designed to integrate storage, display, and concealed services into a clean, modern feature. The unit was tailored to house AV equipment, manage cabling discreetly, and incorporate shelving and storage, creating a focal point that enhances both functionality and the overall aesthetic of the living space.

Bespoke Headboard With Integrated Shelving:

A custom-designed master bedroom feature combining a bespoke headboard with integrated shelving and storage. The design provides both practicality and visual impact, creating a cohesive focal point while maximising usable space around the bed.

Bespoke Fitted Wardrobes Throughout:

Made-to-measure wardrobes designed for each bedroom, carefully tailored to maximise storage while maintaining a clean and integrated appearance. Internal layouts were customised to suit individual requirements, ensuring a balance between functionality and refined design.

A full-height, wall-to-wall wardrobe incorporating a built-in desk with drawer storage, designed to combine workspace and storage within a single seamless unit. The design also includes a large wall mirror and overhead shelving, creating a practical yet cohesive solution suited to modern living.
